Industrial Flange & Fitting,
Inc. to Acquire JP Coyman, Inc.
Industrial Flange & Fitting, Inc. today announced that they have signed an agreement to acquire substantially all of the assets of JP Coyman, Inc. in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. The transaction is expected to be complete by MARCH 4, 2002. The company’s locations, management team and employees of JP Coyman will stay with the merged business after the closing and will operate as “Industrial Flange & Fitting, Inc.”
Craig Beal, President of Industrial Flange & Fitting, Inc. said of the acquisition,
